7th Annual Jan Freeman Basketball Tournament Dec. 3-6 at OLCS
The tournament will match boys’ varsity and junior varsity teams from throughout the Erie area. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Athletic Program at Our Lady\'s Christian School and The American Cancer Society.
Students create artwork for Sisters of St. Joseph Thanksgiving Dinner
When needy families sit down to enjoy the Sisters of Saint Joseph's Thanksgiving Dinner, they'll be welcomed with artwork from OLC students.
"Story & Play Time" starts Friday
Mark your calendars for 9-10 a.m. on the first and third Friday of the month for Story & Play Time at OLC! Children 5 and under enjoy a story in the library, then go to the gym for fun and games and finish with snack and drink in the cafeteria.
Mrs. Huya honored with "Golden Apple Award"
OLC kindergarten teacher Maureen Huya is this week's Gold Apple Award winner. The award, sponsored by WJET TV and Edinboro University, recognizes excellent teachers from throughout the region.
School spirit shines at championship game
Anyone looking at the home side of Veteran's Stadium would have thought there was a high school game on the field. OLC supporters filled a large portion of the stadium and cheered our team to the last second of the game.

Wednesday's a Spirit Day at OLC as we wear our blue and gold to cheer on our Varsity Football Team as they enter the first round of the Diocesan Playoffs.
Tennis Team wins Championship
Congratulations to the Raider tennis team on winning the Diocesan Tennis Championship. With this win, the Raiders have won four of the last five tennis championships!
Patty Landenberger named OLCS Principal
Mrs. Landenberger most recently was principal of Byesville Elementary School in Byesville, Ohio, and previously served as principal of St. Joseph School in Randolph, Ohio. She taught in the Diocese of Cleveland and Cleveland Public Schools, as well as schools in northwest Pennsylvania and Texas.
Grandparents Day Oct. 14
Grandparents or other family members or friends are invited to tour the school, share in activities, enjoy refreshments and participate in a prayer service with their grandchildren.
Reception to honor Legacy Award recipients

Get a start on your SCRIP rebate for next year
The SCRIP program will continue through the summer. Orders placed online by 10 a.m. Monday may be picked up in the Saint Jude Parish Office on Friday of that week.
